Ghirardelli Chocolate’s Perfect Pairings

Living in the bay area of California made traveling to San Francisco an easy day trip.One of my favorite things to do was to go by Ghirardilli Square and try one of the flavors they were sampling or grab an amazing sundae to share with Mr. RWB.  So when an opportunity to pair the S72% Twilight Delight Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate came up, I jumped on it! No recipes in this post just pretty pictures and info on the Austin Wine and Food Festival.

Last year I volunteered at the Austin Food and Wine Festival and was able to watch many amazing chefs making some fabulous dishes.

If you’re around Austin, you definitely should go. I mean where else can you get this close to the likes of Brian Malarkey and Andrew Zimmern? Oh and get  Ghirardelli chocolate! I won’t be able to go this year but you can find the chocolate in the Grand Tasting Pavilion.

Now on to the pairings…I’ve done 2 sips and 1 bite. Enjoy!

    LOVE this! Ghiradelli white chocolate squares are my absolute favorite though… followed closely by the caramel filled ones. Would love to see your take on pairings for those two! Or just how to use them. Great blog with tons of fun info!
