While preparing to make the Mango salsa last time I was home, Mr. RWB asked me to show him how to cut a mango. Which made me think, I bet there are more people who don’t know how to cut this big seeded tropical fruit. It’s pretty easy once you see it but trying to figure out for to get that thin peel off the sweet fruit can be a challenge.
2. Cut one of the pieces in half then skin down, cut the skin off leaving as little fruit on as possible. Though if you leave some on you can go back and cut again. 3. Slice the mango into strips and then squares.4. Add to salad, puree into salsa or eat with a spoon!
